Dear Santa...
Dear Santa,
Just a quick note to remind you of how good I've been this year. (I've even heard Mom say that I'm a little angel when she thought I wasn't listening.)
I know how hard it can be to figure out what a little guy like me might want and figured you could use some suggestions. I've been giving it a lot of thought - you know, in my spare time - and have come up with my top ten list below.
2. Sassy Developmental Wonder Wheel Station - Mom just started putting me in my highchair while she's in the kitchen "cooking". I have to admit it's a little boring compared to what I'm used to. One of these would definitely make it slightly more bearable.
3. Manhattan Toy Winkel - Look how cool this thing is! And think of all of the things I can do with it, like chew on it...and stretch it...and chew on it...
4. Melissa & Doug Toolbox Fill and Spill - I can't wait to help Dad work on things around the house, however, I'm still working on my coordination skills and am only allowed to supervise. In the meantime, I can practice with this set.
5. Melissa & Doug Caterpillar Grasping Toy - Every little boy needs a pet caterpillar. This is probably the only one Mom will
6. Manhattan Toys Farmyard Friends Soft Activity Book - I've always enjoyed a good adventure book.
7. Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes - I'm ready to give this Einstein guy some real competition.
8. Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Stack and Roll Cups - It's either this or some Tupperware containers.
9. VTech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker - I may not be ready to walk yet, but when I am, I'm sure I'll need all the help I can get.
10. Lil Melon Knee Pads - Because I need to learn how to crawl before I can walk.
If you are looking to save some time (and give those little elves a well deserved break) you can see my complete wish list here.
I'm sure you're super busy getting your lists in order so I'll keep this short. Please tell Mrs. Claus that I said hi. I'll make sure Mom saves you some of her delicious sugar cookies. You better hurry though, I can't guarantee Bella won't eat them before you get here.
Your Little Buddy,
Remy
P.S. Tell Rudolph that I've been practicing my reindeer riding technique on Bella but I'm not quite ready for the real thing yet. Can we reschedule for next year?

Dear Meg,
ReplyDeleteGee pretty soon, you are going to be replaced here with Remy doing the posts himself. Not only is he good, but he is very funny as well. I am sure Santa will be good to him,( I would suggest he forgo his reindeer riding practice with Bella to keep Rudolph happy). Make sure there is sufficient room under that Christmas tree for "Remy presents". Can't wait to be there soon.
Love,
Dad
Remy I hope you get everything on your Santa wish list because I know you were a very good boy for the last six months of this year. The first six months you were in your mommy's tummy so you'd have to ask her how you did. Bet you did good, Can't wait to see you (and of course your parents too)and play with you and your new toys.
ReplyDeleteLove, Grandma
